Janie... maybe as a jpg the file is too big, but as a gif or a bmp it would be smaller.

Is it the size of the file itself that are too large, or the size of the pic?

It says the file is too big [img]confused.gif[/img] But all I have to do to upload is to do it straight from my hard drive so maybe it's the pic size?
